Double conditions types in PO

Hello,

While creation of PO, we are entering some condition types manualy in Conditons tab of PO in Item level. So some conditions are there Like ZOCM and ZFR1(these conditions are manual entry has priority).

My question is when we go to creation of PO, and we will enter some conditions manulay, the same conditions allow me to enter the no of times....(In one PO)... ZOCM condition is allow only one time why it is allowing to enter the same conditions multiple times? in same PO.

Plz kindly do the needful.

I dont know what the meaning of your ZCOM condition is, but you can enter the conditions into the PO as much as you want.

And it makes some sense sometimes.

E.g. if I import goods, then I may have multiple freights with wuth multiple carriers.

From vendors plant to harbour, via the sea, from harbour to my plant. So I can enter the freight term 3 times.

Even with SAP the buyer should think before entering the conditions.
