Problem excluding 'Others' in subtotal after applying Top N sort

Hi all, question from a newby.

My V8.5 Crystal report has two levels of grouping, Store and Brand with expense $ values subtotalled for each level. I am only interested in the Top 10 Stores per Brand so have used the Top N/Sort Group Expert so that only the top 10 Stores are shown. The problem is the subtotal for each Brand totals all the stores instead of just the top 10. I have not ticked the 'include others' box. How can I get the subtotal exclusive of the other stores?

Any help much appreciated,

use manual running totals to calculate the value, it should only pick up on the top 10, not all values
