Installation Problem

My old computer crashed and I am trying to install Crystal Reports 2008 on my replacement. However, after installation and the notification that it has been installed, it begins to look for updates. The update window never closes, when the software is opened it gives me a "Server Busy" Error message. "This action cannot be completed..".

Hi Cathy,

There might be an issue with the update server. That is the reason why Crystal Report is unable to contact it to get the latest Service Pack.
