Missing configuration in BI-Java<->BI-ABAP communication

Hello World!

I have an issue in communication between BI-ABAP and BI-Java in BI7.0 when trying to work with Web App Designer 7.0. It displays u201CJava communication erroru201D, and details I see in java trace file are like:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Bean RSWR_PREEXECUTION_PROXYnot found on host ML37-003, ProgId =IWDFVM2160_PORTAL_ERP: Object not found in lookup of RSWR_PREEXECUTION_PROXY.

or

java.lang.RuntimeException: Bean RSRD_MAP_TO_PORTAL_USERSnot found on host ML37-003, ProgId =SAPSLDAPI_ERP: Object not found in lookup of RSRD_MAP_TO_PORTAL_USERS.

BI check tool executed on portal as well displays errors for check u201CRegistered RFC listenersu201D like:

Status RED

Check Message: No RFC listener registered for function module BICS_CONS_GET_VIEW_DEF_J_PROXY

Solution: Check that the J2EE rfc service (com.sap.portal.runtime.application.rfcengine.RFCEngine) is running. Check that all necessary BI archives are deployed.

Any hints on how to fix or where to check further?

Hi,

Kindly review the notes 917950 and 888687 carefully and ensure that all your web configuration

settings are proper. In case still the problems persist run the support desktool as per note 937697 and resolve the errors.
