Hi All,
We have a separation PCR but for one of the end user it is coming up in greek instead of English and his other PDF file are coming fine in English. Any Clue?

we are having a similar problem with a form printing in a strange font. Is everyone else's form actually printing in Greek or is it something that looks like Greek? Also, what does this solution do. I don't see how it will fix the problem.
some explanation would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
We are having the same issues with ADOBE print form as well. Some print form for PO for some users are having greek fonts, and when these forms are opened by another user it shows up in greek first the after re-starting the transaction it shows up in english fonts.
Is there an explanation for this or maybe a sap note to explain and fix this issue.

Hello,
Please do the following:
1. Shutdown J2EE engine
2. Rename the folder
/usr/sap/<SID>/<Instance>/j2ee/os_libs/adssap
to antoher folder name (ex. adssap.old)
3. Start J2EE engine
4. Also make sure XMLform.exe is extracted under
/usr/sap/<SID>/<Instance>/j2ee/os_libs/adssap/XMLFormService/bin
Best regards,
Dezso
