What are the things we only do, have to do, in production system.

What are the things we should not do in production systems.

I.e. things like InfoPackage selections, scheduling, assigning jobs to particular server groups, manually editing PSA, ods, cube records.

It all dependent uopn your project requirment and proceedures ..

which you follow..

wel things like scheduling Ip's,edits data in Psa ,taking the immediate runs and many more you can do in production boxes.

Hi

The things that you can do in the production system depends on the client and the project requirements.

The things youh ave mentioned can be done as and when need arises.

But the things you should no do,is create a new object, any query, any dataflow directly into the prod. It should be first done in dev box , then tested and transported to prod box.
