Hi !!

Good evening.

I am very new to CRM .

How we can map Vendors from R/3 to CRM & CRM to R/3.

There are only 5 classifications in CRM like-- Customer, Compitetor,Consumer, Prospect & COD Customer.

Then how we can map.

if it can be by T. Code --- PIVE ....

Then where i have to run the T. Code & what are the settings I have to do for that

Please guide me
