Portal page is keep refreshing

Hi Portal Experts,

We are facing a strange issue in Portal. We are using EP 7.0 SP16 and MDM 5.5 SP6. We have developed a search page using all standard MDM search iviews. Suddenly we are getting as issue in search page. If you selece any search criteria then the page is refreshing continuously. we have tried this in Mozilla fire fox, there it is working fine. we are getting the issue only with Internet Explorer (IE) only. Please help to do solve this issue.

Hi Mahendra,

Some times due to server low performance it takes more time to load the portal page so may be due to this your are getting refreshing page.

Otherwise please try with enabling internet security custom levels for Active scripting,

Scripting of Java applets and Navigate sub-frames across different domains option.

from internet tools.

Make sure the "Automatic" button is enabled for your Internet <Tools<General<Settings.

Host file setting should be proper.

Ensure you donot have any restricting softwares installed in your system which may act as firewall for portal.

Please check and if it works give points.
