This BAPI seem to create Planned Orders. MD20 only changes MRP run relevance parameters in Material Planning File Entry. So I guess this one is not relevant unfortunately.

Hi,

I looked as I needed one too - no BAPI for this - I guess you need to go with batch input for MD20 (worked fine in my LSMW so I guess in ABAP it should be also good)
