url iview problem

Hi all,

I'm having issues with a url iview. it works just fine inside the network. Outside the network i'm getting the "unable view page error 500"

Our Portal is inside the network, getting passed to the outside world through the SAProuter. The only way (i know of) we can pass a URL iview will be either by making changes to the httpservice configuration in the Portal to push the iview to go through the proxy (SAProuter in this case), unfortunately i tried that with no luck, not sure what I'm missing.

The other option would be to create a direct access from the outside to BW by giving it an external DNS entry, which our networking guys are reluctant to do.

Any idea how I should make the change to the httpservice in case of an SAProuter? this is how we have the Portal setup:

a. Internet host requests portal data https://portal.barberfoods.com,

b. wdisp (located in DMZ) accepts the https request (port 443), encrypting data via certificate installed for portal.barberfoods.com,

c. wdisp un-encrypts the request and forwards the request to the portal via http (port 50000),

b. wdisp accepts response data back from the portal via http (port 50000),

d. wdisp encrypts the request, encrypting the data with SSL,

e. wdisp passes the https data back to the Internet host (port 443)

Please help! As this is already in production
