Exception condition "INCONSISTENCY"

Hello all,

I have recently been developing a report against a FI cube (0FIGL_V10). Anyhow, all was working well until I made the fateful mistake of changing a variable from Optional to Mandatory. The query immediately failed and threw an error and made me restart the Query Designer.

- Terminate: Unexpected Error: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE - Exception condition "INCONSISTENCY" raised.

- Terminate: Query Designer must be restarted; further work not possible.

Every time I would open the query, it would immediately throw the error and make me start over. I have since deleted the query, the variable, as well as reinstalled the virtual cube. I can now make a connection to the cube, but as soon as I try to open Restricted Key Figures against it I receive the error above. I can, however, open the Restricted Key Figures on other cubes.

Has anybody else ever seen this? If so, how is this fixed.

User error.

I deleted the Restricted Key Figures (RSZDELETE) and it now works properly. Lesson learned, didn't need to throw away a day of development.
