Hi,
I am sorry if I have posted this in a wrong forum. Could not really locate forum specific to Archiving.
My question is if I archive FI data for ex: different postings, Where do I specify to retrive archived data. for ex: do I continue to use same transaction say FB03 and system will automatically look for archived data if it is not found in SAP.
Similary, if I have multiple transactions that need to look into archive data, do I need to configure each transaction to search archive data if not found in SAP.

Hi,
Some transactions are "archive enabled", some are not.
I can't tell you for FB03 : you have to check each transaction.
