who to change default_host value

Hi to all,

Does someone can tell me where to setup default_host. I got next problem, when I run WebClient from SAP GUI, browser tries to open http://app34fcd:<port_num>; but actually server name miss parts so there must be place where I can configure that. If I manually type those parts it work perfect. Thanks in advance.

Hi Aleksandar,

Follow these steps:

T-code = RZ10 -> profile = press F4 to select (CRD_DVEBMGS00_CRDEV - where CRD = system name and CRMDEV is host name) -> select radio button Extended Maintenance -> click on change -> select the parameter = ICM/host_name_full -> enter your application server name (eg: crmdve.us.ab.com) -> click on save -> you have to restart the server to see the changes....

Hi Peter J,

Thanks a lot on your help. Actually there is no that parameter defined but I changed it in TCode SMICM, there I found and as I have no permission it was changed by BASIS team. Thanks again on your time and effort.
