Hi Experts,

My customer wants to print checks from "Check for Payment".

"Check for Payment" screen, get a following message.

"You cannot print checks while another user is accessing this checking account. [Message 854-35]".

"Print for Checks for Payment - To Be Printed" screen, can't select a first column, so get a "No Checks were Selected. [Message 65030-5]".

This message, I understand.

I do not why because even nobody is in the system, still get accessing error.

Please help me!!

Dear Naoko,

You are requested to please check Note no 957329 regarding your issue.

The following steps should be performed:

1. Click on Administration -> Setup -> Banking -> House Bank Accounts

2. Scroll to right hand side of screen for column Lock Checks Printing

3. Untick the box

When trying to print a check you should now no longer recieve the error

message.

Thank you for your quick response.

I already modified setting and reported to customer.

I do not know why suddenly could not print.

And I could not find a note for it.

Anyway, think you so much.
