Service Order Status is Not updated from Service Conformation

Hi Experts

I Have the following issue, OSS is telling me that is correct, but i'm not really sure about it.

This is the Scenario.

I have a Service Order with for example 1 Item and qty 1, i release it, the i create de Conformation and set it with status complete, the Confirmation item is set to complete, but the Service Order, Item and header is not updated, still in status release.

Then the service teamm does not have the possibility to know which service order are still open or which are close.

This is correct?

I will have to create an action and method to close the Service Order?

hi,

Confirmed service items should appear in the service order with the status confirmed.These confirmed items can be seen in the assignments tab page in the service order their status should show as complete.
