Component Monitoring: RWB
In XI 3.0 SP20, in Component Monitoring (RWB),
All components shows blow:
- IntegrationEngine (Red)
- Business process engine (Green)
- Mapping runtime (Gray)
- Adapter Engine (Green)
- system Landscape Directory (Green)
When I click more detail shows: "CCMS status" is RED how to fix that problem and where may I found out log ?
In "Mapping Runtime" also shows CCMS status is dsiabled (Is that becuase of CCMS Rz20 not configured?)
In Adapter engine "Self-Testing Status" ?
But system LandScape directory shows CCMS status is Green thats ok,

My 2nd question also related for same RWB as well
When I go through web http://host:port/rwb/index.jsp, and click Alert configuration I got error messages
Business server page (BSP) error
Exception Class: CX_FQDN
Program: CX_FQDN===========================CP
Include CX_FQDN===========================CM002
ABAP Class: CX_FQDN
Analyze CHECK
Line: 10

But when I goto Tr: SICF and test service SXMB_Alertrules and test services then Alert configuration works fine...
Please answer these question
Thanks a lot

Hii
Clear the CCMS Alerts and refresh the page.
Try to refresh Cache under sxmb_ifr->Administration->Cache Overview->Full Cache Refresh. Check status after 10 min.
Ask Basis to check in Visual admin SLD data supplier is working properly & SLDCHECK is working properly.
If above not solve the problem then re-start MMC.

go to tcode: SXI_CACHE
Runtime -> start complete cache refresh.
Refer to this document : 'How to Handle Caches in SAP XI 3.0'
If still cache not works, check whether the j2ee is UP and also confirm what Version Java Stack your machine has
Hi, there
After cache refresh in XI, and goto End-to-End monitoring I am getting an error "404 Not Found" The requested resource does not exist.
Normally that error comes: 404 is an HTTP response code that indicates that the resource in question couldn't be found. Usually this is due to an incorrect URL,
I tried direct: URL in web: http://<host>:<port>/sap/xi/engine?type=entry
nothing happend
I goto SXMB_ADM->Integration Engine Configuration->Choose Edit from Menu -> Change Global Configuration Data to switch to change mode. Then select System Landscape - Load Configuration.
It was define currectly and syntactically correct
is anything else i can do that ?
thanks
