Hi,
unlike other provisioning tools, repositories in SAP IC do not have an attribute mapping that links the attribute in SAP IC with the attribute in the repository.
So to my understanding, when an attribute changes in the Identity Center, the Identity Center (or the Provisioning Framework) doesn't know which repositories are affected. In this case the Provisioning Framework is updating all repositories, no matter whether they are affected by the attribute change or not.
Is this observation really correct? Or is there a way to prevent the updating of all repositories when an attribute has changed?
Best regards,
Holger
Holger,
Yuu could look into Event based tasks for the attribute in questions. This would let you set taks to be executed on a modification to the attribute. This could be linked to an ordered task or switch task to evaluatie changes to the attirbute.
