How to modify the MSS Java Iview ( NOT Webdynpro ones) BP: 60.1

Hi All,

I need to modify MSS (Java Iviews)* for the BP 60.1. Can some body advise me how to do so( from where to get the existing file etc) and what type of editor is required.

You can't. Simple enough. That was the problem with them and why they were replaced. You can do "slight" modifications on the JSP's they use and that is about it.....except for "reverse engineering" there which is .....mmmmm....slightly illegal. haha

If it is not possible to modify the existing Java Iviews then I need to create new one, can you please drop a hint where to do so?

Dear experts,

I need to hide certain fields in some of the Java Iviews in MSS. Please note that version is 60.2.10 which contains Java Iviews, not the WD Iviews.

You have to bring in the par file in question into your Eclipse or DevStudio,modify the JSP as required & redeploy the par file to the portal.
