Hi all,

How should Online Help be designed in a WebDynpro app ? Not field help or value help, but Application and View help and - in the case of tabbed views - help for each Tab area.

I am using tooltips wherever they work, but that is a poor man's solution (and who doesn't want to be rich ?).

When used in Enterprise Portal, there might be some kind of interaction between my WebDynpro and the EP help system.

I am aware that with CAF, online help could be part of the UI patterns given there (but most of us do not know much about it yet).

And pleez, do not use the words "self explanatory" here, this was reserved for - what was it ? - ah, yes, iViews
