IN ME23N the particular user not able to see the ''Amount in local currency" filed where as another can be able to see. where to see the specific settings

Ask / Assist User to get SU53 screen shot. This will help you and Security to analyse the missing authorisation.

Please consult the basis team. It is the authorization problem. Basis Team will be assigned the Authorization Object to Particular user.
