1.What is the use of Roles & Responsibilities in OM? On same screen where we get Task & Task group?

2.What do we mean by "Central Person"?

Thanks Daniela.But my question still remains same.

There are additional buttons "Roles" on the screen where we define Task and Task Group.

Where do we need it and what is the use of "Central Person"

Hi,

'Central PErson' is only relevant if you're gonna use MGE (Management of Global Employees) and/or CE (Concurrent Employment).

If you use one of those functionalities the 'Central Person' links the different personnel numbers of the physical person/employee.
