Marketing attributes Updation Via Survey

HI,

I was able to assign attribute set to questionnaire, URL was generated for this Questionaaire.

Via WEB questionnaire is filled and the attributes should be filled automatically in the BP master data.

Though browser shows as valuse successfully saved ,updating in BP master data is not happening.

When creating the attribute query, you have the choice to select between person and organisation. This is defaulted to person, but in 90% of the cases the organisation should get updated - please check, re-do the marketing attribute query and try again, most probably it will work then.

Thanks for the timely update.

If i want the marketing attributes to be updated in Person.

Whats the purpose of selecting Organisation.?

One morething..what PBO and PAI module needs to selected.?

The person / organisation flag defines the standard partner function for the update of marketing attributes: Contact person or activity partner are the standard ones to get updated.

I am not sure about the PAI / PBO modules you mention: If you want to modify things, you should do it rather in the BAPI's like ORDER_SAVE / method prepare or save_before_update, because this is called always and with every UI and will work in CRM 2007 still.

From working with our CRM 4 system I have compiled a fairly extensive list of various help links that you might find of use...although our PBO FM is still not working after all the SAP Notes were updated and some customization of the FM is required.
