Creating Cadres/Grades etc

Hi Experts,

Can any one tell me where to define creating rule of cadres and grades in SAP. I mean how to create the client specific cadres and grades in system.

My client is having following cadres -

AM - Associate Management

JM - Junior Management

MM - Middle Management

SM - Senior Management

TM- Top Management

And under each cadres these are the grades -

AM - AM1, AM2, AM3 are the grades.

JM - JM1 and JM2 are the grades. etc

I need to know where we create this in system.

You may configure these for Positions or Job level.

If you have any specific requirement or related one's based on designation kindly let us know.

You mean to say, can i define below as a Job -

AM1 - Jr Associates,

AM2- Associates,

AM3-Sr. Associates

JM1- Officer / Engineer

JM2- Sr Officer / Sr Engineer
