You are not authorized to use CMS

Hi,

I already checked and rechecked the groups, roles, security roles, UME actions assigned to the user NWDI_CMSADM, and when trying to access the CMS or CBS in devinf alias, always get the following error messages:

- CMS:

Access denied

You are not authorized to use CMS.

You need "Display" authorization. Please contact your system administrator.

- CBS:

User requires at least GUEST permissions; contact your system administrator

The configurations were done using NWDI Configuration Wizard Template, but besides that, I also checked everything manually.

The user NWDS_CMSADM:

- Belongs to groups Administrators, NWDI.Administrators and NWDI.Developers

- Has the role NWDI.Administrator (inherit from NWDI.Administrators group)

- Has the UME actions CMS.Administrate, CBS.Administrator, LcrInstanceWriterAll (inherit from NWDI.Administrator role)

Is it possible to increase any log file, in order to check which role, group or ume action is missing?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks and Regards,

John

Hi D Krishna Reddy,

Thanks for info, unfortunately, I checked everything again, and still getting the Access Denied. Inclusively, I'm authenticating with NWDI_ADM that has all security permissions.

You know if there is any log configuration/file, where I can look for what kind of authorization is missing?

Thanks and Best Regards,

John
