Despatch of Material to Exhibition.

Hi Friends,

I request your advice on the following process,

1. Finished goods in our stores need to despatched for the purpose of exhibition purpose. The material will be returned after 15 days once exhibition is over.

2. The materials are excisable materials.

Pls suggest right process to be followed.

Dear,

I suggest, create a cost center with Exhibitioin and issue the desired material.

Once exhibition complete and return the material revese the goods issuance to cost center entry.

Please involve FI also to take care about accounting and consider the point of goods damage during exhibition / while transport.

Hi,

1. You can use dummy vendor and subcontracting process.

2. Otherwise you can create Logical storage location and do stock transfer.
