Display option in VA05 - PO no column

Hi Guru's,

The length of the PO numbers in our sales order is 28 characters.

However when we display "list of sales orders" using transaction code "VA05" only initial "20" characters of the PO are displayed in the report...

What changes or settings are required to ensure all the 28 characters in the PO are displayed in the report list.

Request assistance.

Hi Rehan,

The fiels length for Customer purchase order number in Sales oredr is 35 in table VBMTV-BSTKD, in the report you should select the feild Purchase order number in Change layout.

then you can see the all teh numbers you given in Sales order.

May be you selecated feild BSTNK in the report layout, wher it is having 20 is maximam length
