hi all,

How to I capture at GR screen like Damged goods, Breakage goods, shortage, Rejected, excess receipt in the screen.

I need to generate report for the same also. If the item is rejected then i should generate rejection note and if the item is shortage then i need to generate shortage note and for damage also.

hi,

to generate note at each point you need to add the code in the std sap code...need to take help of ABAPer...

but simply you do scapping for damaged, broken goods,

can do credit memo for shortage qty....

My requirement is that i need to generate damage or shortage advice note in the system to send to supplier aswell as Insurance company also.

Is there any solution please.

hi,

These are amongs the GAPS in the SAP...

Pls check whether it is possible with Smartforms, BADI's, etc...
