Query on weekly lot size and reschedule in exception message

Hi All

I have changed the lot size set up from EX(lot for lot) to WJ(8 weekly lot size).Immediately after the change i could see that the Rescedule in exception message and the dates proposed for the planned order and process order lieing within the planning time fence in MD04 disappeared.And after running MRP also the same condition persists.

Could anyone clarify why this happens.

Thankyou for the response.I have checked this but could not understand why the reschedule in exception message disappears when the lot size is changed from EX to WJ.

Hello ,

when you use the Period lot size prodcedure , scheduling indicator defined for Lotsize procedure will affect the scheduling.

Goto OMI4 check the same for period lot size WJ.
