HI Experts,

Can anybody tell me how the implement PM module, what point should be consider, what questioned should ask to client, and how configure it in SAP.

Hi

PM Implementation

Phase 1

Meet the client and get the process requirements like

- Diff types of maintenance

- Equipments, Functional Location

- Authorized person etc

- How the maintenance process gng on in client

Phase 2

Match the process you collected from the client and match the process with SAP.

Prepare a Blue print, describing AS IS and TO BE process

Phase 3

Customizing the Module

Phase 4

PPT and demo Preparation, End user documents

A full demo should be given to the end user

This is how PM is implemented

hi

you need to take inputs from the coreteam relaeted to different depts (like prodcution,utilities,power,etc)

then you need make gap document. based upon the inputs given by the core team.

thsi happens when you go and discuss with all industry depts heads.

you should able to map the all types of maintaenances related to industry

you can sit with client and decide the scope of implementations its not like that someone can guide you like ask this and do not ask this ..... This is with mutual discussion and then finalize your scope according to the industry.
