editing prob in IR

HI there,

One of the user editing one DT in IR,,because of some network probsconnection went off then he reopened the IR and try to edit the same one but it is giving message object is currently being edited by the user XXXX ...giving me the same message ..checked in the change list nuthing appear there for that objects

i know it is silly one but causing pain..

Hi,

Goto the main page of IB-Administration-Left side click on Lock Overview

Select the Objects those were locked and say Remove

In standard change list , search by the user id..

in user id it will be in visible in to activate/reject state.

1) Either that user can activate/reject change.

2) U can transfer it to ur id.

If Option 1 not works, u have to go to Admin , Locks and release the lock from it. It can be done by basis or frm ur id if authorized.

Hi,

Under XI/PI tools window right side choose Administrator option under this window left side select Lock Overview option and click remove select lock button. Ur problem will be sort out easily.
