Video iView at Portal possible? (avi, mpeg or flash movie)

Hello experts,

hope you are all fine

I got a question / topic:

Is it possible to create an iView to embed and show a video at the portal site?

I think of a very easy scenario first:

Lets say we got an avi. mpeg or somthing like this at the KM area.

Now how can we create an iView which will show / render this video?

For example something like youtube.com ?

Or another aproach would be, if we got an flash movie / file .. could this work?

Any brainstorm or even solution / aproaches are warmly welcome !!!

Create a html doc in KM and embed the code from youtube? Never tried it, but should work I guess.

thanks for the hint. I'll try and give feedback

But my main topic is about: how to realize this issue as "standalone" solution at the portal itself.

Like store the video at KM and interate it from there with an "developed?" iView.

Any guess ?
