Can Not Able to Access SLD Configration Page

When I m trying to access SLD page on Internet Explorer,after puting username & password it;s giveing UNKNOWN_ERROR ,i tried with all possible username & password.

go to transation SLDCHECK......see if anything red is there......by this transaction also SLD should open in a new window....

what is the output of this transaction........

Check version of IE.

IE7 is compatible only with XI service pack19 or PI Service Pack10.

Hi,

This problem is due to two reasons, above Internet explorer 7.0 version some times throwing error or it is due to authorization problem, check with basis team it will sort out easily
