Unbale to connect to Visual Admin

Dear all,

I don't know whether this is the correct place to post this question. If not then please tell me in which forum should i post this.

Actually i am trying to connect to Visual Admin but while connecting it is showing error saying "Unable to connect to host <ipadress> on port 50000.

username, password, IP all is correct. Then why is this happening?

Pls help.

Hi,

Try it by changing Port to 50004 and TransportLayer to 'Default'
