GR Multiple copies

Hi all,

Can you pls let me know, whether it not possible to obtain multiple output copies for goods receipt autmotically, if processed thru "MB90" once.

Is it mandatory to perform repeat processing? Is there any limitation for printing of goods receipt more than once automatically.

In case, if this can be done thru exit / BADI, pls let me know the details.

Hai,

In the condition records MN21 for GR or GI output types WE01 or WA01, enter the required no of mesages in the communication tab. This is the Total number of copies of a message sent.

Hi,

When you define the message conditions in MN21, In communication page where we enter the Logical destination there you have noumber of copies there you give the number and save.

Number of messages (original + copies)

Total number of copies of a message sent.

Hi,

If you want multiple copies for all GR's you print Go to MN21/MN22 and maintain number of copies in communication Tab.

If you want it for only selective GR's do repeat processing
