SAP on VMware - Securing Support for OS and Database

I understand that there is a whitepaper which summarizes the current (August 2008) support statements by SAP, Database, and Operating System vendors.

The www.vcc-sap.com website says that it is available from addon.de. I am unable to reach the email address. Does anyone have the English version of the whitepaper ?
