Lead Creation

Hello,

According to our scenario we are creating a survey and sending mails to the respective persons . When the person checks the mail and go through the questions in the survey

and presses the submit button. The score need to be captured and automatically lead should be generated in CRM

system. We dont have BW scenario.

Can any one pls guide me in this regard?

For questinaaire we have to give ranking ,rates based on the rate and ranking automatically the lead will generate based on the workflowfor that u need to workflow settings and the survey suit should assign it to transaction lead

But can u pls give me detailed way that hau we need to assign to workflow ? which work flow? and wat are the settings that need to be done?

Pls guide me in detail in this regard.
