Pop-up Employee Search: Selection Mode

Hi,

I am trying to find the best way to change the selection mode of pop-up employee search:

Component: BP_EMPL_SEARCH

View: SearchHelpResult

and

Component: BP_EMPL_SEARCH

View: SearchHelp

I have enhanced the EH_ONSEARCH Event Handler of view SearchHelp. However, it seems little flexible to do so as I would like to reuse the page for other purposes. The pop-up is called from CL_CRM_UIU_BT_PARTNER_POPUP=>BP_SEARCH_PROCESS.The interface of this method does not provide me with any options to set the selection mode. Any ideas how I can dynamically set the selection mode attribute? Did I miss any IMG configuration? Is it a good idea to change the inbound plug?

I believe the proper solution is to use/change the different inbound plugs.
