hi all,
the employee is absent for 6 months, hence basic pay is 0
there is ded wage type on IT 14 for 70pounds...
normally IT 14 is deducted from basic pay when payroll is run, right?
as employee has paid abs, instead of basic pay, he is paid OSP of 900pounds,
how can i customise in such a way that, it 14 wage type should be deducted from OSP pay as basic pay is zero?
