when we dont tick the unicode check box in attributes part of a program, will it show any unicode errors?
will it show error only from 6.0 or in 4.5 also
Hi,
In ECC 6.0 by default the Unicode check is Enabled in the Program Attribute.
these will show errors in the ECC 6.0 only not in the 4.7
unicode is generally used for the
1) Global Standard
2) Easy to maintain (No need of proprietary dynamic fonts)
3) Web Friendly
4) Wide Acceptance ( for e.g. Government, Developers & 5) companies like Microsoft etc.)
6) Easy to Google
7) Easy to Copy u2013 Paste
😎 Easy to transliterate
Thanks,
Nelson

Hi,
You are right. When you dont make a program Unicode enabled, the unicode errors wont come but this is only till 4.7C. ECC6 and above are Unicode enabled versions.
