I trying to install sap ecc 6.0 on windows 2003 server.
SAPinst Solution Manager request a "OS USER PASSWORD".
Password of SAP System Administrator and Password of SAP System Service User.
What we need to enter password?

you can give any password. so user sidadm and sapserviceSID is created on windows with the given password.
I suggested you to follow the installation document of ECC 6.0

What did you do? a Domain or Local Installation?
Usually in a Local Installation all the users are set with the Master Password.
But if you have a Domain Installation you need to Provide the passwords to SAPINST.
