in future batches are maintained in plant level

dear all,

when i am doing MB1A ,MB1B,MB1C after i save the document there is a message saying that in future the batches are maintained at plant level. I am not getting the document generated number. because of this i am unable to find whether the document generated or not. how to overcome this

Hi,

To check if the document has got created, use MB51 and the movement type used in MB1A/B/C for the material.

Some one has most likley changed the batch level.

Please go to transaction OMCT and have a look around there to figure what has gone on
