Transaction MM17

Dear All,

I want to change certain fields for all materials. In MM17 I am not getting any variant for selection. I am also not getting the tables MARA / MARC and the associated fields for selection

What needs to be done?

I tried the transaction variant SHD0 but could not do it.

Dear,

Check MASS t-code.

Select BUS1001, BUS1001001 object for material.

Also give field name which you want to change field status.

Hi

Please follow the steps to mass change the field in materials.

1) Go to Transaction MM17

2) Select the table where the field has to be changed

Eg: Table MARA for Field MEINS

3) Select the Field tab & select the field has to be changed

4) Execut to reach the tab Data records to be changed

5) Input the Materials need to be changed & Execute ( Input organsational level details wherever is required)

6) You can see 2 sections showing Old value and new value to be inserted

7) Input the value in New value field and click the "carry out a Mass change"

😎 Save and see the the message for the details of error.

When you go to MM17 you have fields tab select this tab for fields.

You have to create the variant, it is not there in standard.
