Prevention of delivery when using "user status profile" for a sales order?

Hi,

I have used "user profile status" in the sales order "as a work flow" for releasing the sales order.

The user profile are as follows

a) 10: created

b) 20: Released

But I believe I am still able to create the delivery when the order status is still "10" created.

Any advise, user exit or workaround or should this happen.

Usefull answers will be rewarded.

Thanks

Hi,

WHen you create a status, you have to assign it an object type, and after you assign it, you can then enter your transaction controls.

So, for example, if you create a status say for sales order approval, for that specific step, you enter your object type, for example, sales order header, then go to Transaction control, and mark GI/ delivery = forbiden
