Hi,

I have created a variant for VBAK table while selecting the data. Long back. Now the system is upgraded to Unicode system. When I am trying to get that variant, it is going for dump says ' IMPORT_TYPE_MISMATCH'.

Atleast i want to know what values entered in that variant so that i can recreate the variant. I have checked VARI table which stores the contents of the varaint. But it stores the values as RAW data which has lenght of 2886 bytes.

I want to see what values are passed to that varaint.

Can anybody suggest me.

You can use FM RS_VARIANT_CONTENTS to read the contents of vari table.
