Hi,
Better to reinstall again it will sort out easily.

Note 758298 details how to install the Visual Admin on your local system:
1. Extract the visual-admin.sda (it's in zip format) file to an arbitrary directory. You can get this sda file from: \usr\sap\<sid>\<central-instance>\SDM\root\origin\sap.com\ com.sap.engine.visualadmin\SAP AG\<latest-version>\visual-admin.sda
2. If you want to connect via SSL to the J2EE Engine or work with Key Storage service, you need to:
a)download the tc_sec_java_crypto_signed_fs_lib.sda library. SAP Note 397175 can tell you how to do that.
b)extract the tc_sec_java_crypto_signed_fs_lib.sda library to an arbitrary directory.
c)in file <INSTALL_DIR>\cfg\launcher.properties file, where <INSTALL_DIR> is the directory where visual-admin.sda was extracted, update the value of the property SecLibDir:
SecLibDir=<IAIK_LIBS_DIR>\tools,
where <IAIK_LIBS_DIR> is the directory, where the libraries from tc_sec_java_crypto_signed_fs_lib.sda were extracted.
3. If the SAP Central Services (SCS) Instance Number in your J2EE Engine Installation is different than the default value "01", update the INSTALL_DIR>\cfg\adminCFG.properties file, where <INSTALL_DIR> is the directory where visual-admin.sda was extracted: connection.0.Port=<NEW_VALUE>, where <NEW_VALUE> is equal to 8100 + SCS Instance Number.
Hi,
Search for the file "go.bat" in c: in the server and try to login from here if you are still facing any problem while logging from here to the visual administrator.
Kindly Check for java stack whether it is up and running

Check "java", I mean the JVM that is installed on the computer/host/server where XI/PI is installed.
JVM can be downloaded from Sun's Java Website:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
Either J2SE v 1.4.2_16 SDK or J2SE v 1.4.2_16 JRE is fine to download.
