Ho do i know my server (HP ML150TG3 E5310 QC) supported x64 bit windows ?

Hi,

Please advise how do i know my server (HP ML150TG3 E5310 QC) is supported x64 OS windows 2003.

Currently, i only installed windows 2003 32 bit, and i want to upgrage to x64 since PI 7.1 only running in

64 bit server and os.

Hi,

Check whether you CPU support 64 bit or not in BIOS information.

if it is EM64T enable then you can use 64 bit OS on that ,

or contact you hardware vendor .

Hi Fernand,

For hardware information support, you should contact your H/W vendor to make sure the details. They much know about their hardware support.

I believe all the G3 servers from HP do support 64-bit OS, but the only way to know for sure is to contact HP support before atemtping the install.
