user mapping is not visible in portal personalization

Hi,

To link with yahoo,gmail,AOL...Usermapping option is not visible in portal personalization. How can i see that option?

Rajesh,

1. Search for the personalize-user mapping iview in Portal Content Directory.

Under Portal Content Administration, you have a search box, please try searching for personalize

Set the property of the iview : Invisible in Navigation Areas : NO

2. Check if you have any these roles assigned eu_core / standard user role

Also, if these roles are already assigned to you.

Search for these roles in PCD and right click and open permissions and see if the personlize-user mapping iview is assigned to the role.
