Delivery in status 'Being processed'

Hi,

This is regarding the issue I have in delivery which has status 'Being processed' eventhough it has satisfied the Sales order completely.

Any helpful answers will be rewarded with points.

Plz check the shipment ,pick pack and handling unit and check the overall status .

Hello,

As in the earlier mail said, if the billing is related to delivery, check whether the delivery has been completed invoiced?

Alternatively, you may go to the sales order --> Environment --> Status overview , you may see the status of all the subsequent documents also.

This is std SAP behaviour

The status of outbound delivery is in process until the billing doc is generated even if the shipping activities like picking, packing, and PGI is complete

This is a certification qn

This is taken from SIEMENS material

So you bill the delivery and see the status will be closed

Till PGI it will show the status being processed.

Check if any of items are there for whom /Delivery/pgi is pending.

Go to VTLA, select your item category for the combination of your order type and delivery type and check whether you have made assignments as follows:-

- Update document flow:::::X

- Pos/neg.quantity:::::::::::::+

Plz check what the status against PGI is showing. If it is completed then the Order quatity is not fully delivered i.e. still there is scope for the delivery.

Hi,

Pls. check Pick,Pack,HU,Shipment and Goods issue.

There might be above trasactions involved in your delivery.

Also from delivery in the menu check Goto>Header>Processing....here you check "Overall status" section,in this all the areas should be indicated with "C".
