STO order?

Hi All,

Scenario is stock transfer of finished goods from plant to depot(same company code)

Depot person has created the STO order.

Plant person checks for the stock and sends the available finished goods to depot.

Now, How to plan the production for the finished products which are not there in the stock?

Hi,

In the MMR MRP2 View maintain the Procurement type as "X"

Maintain Source list for the material at the receiving plant in ME01 with the Supply plant details in PPI field.

Create STO and run the MRP, it will trigger a requirement element in the form of a planned order.

Hi,

You have to create a material for both the plants and maintain the special procurement key as 40 (Stock Transfer) for the Receiving Plant in MRP 2 view.

And Run MRP in the Receiving Plant.
