Training History in Enterprise Portal

Hi SAP Peeps,

A user would like to create a training history report through the portal for the employees reporting to her. But unfortunately, she can't see the four employees under her supervision. Can you help me on this as I'm not familiar with this application?

Can you also provide me the program use for this training history report creation?

Hi,

You need to check Org structure to confirm these four reportees. Portal displays same reportees.
